Insurance Attorney | 1800 Billable Target | Up to $250K Base + Bonus | Manhattan

I am currently working with a Mid-Size firm based in Manhattan who are actively seeking multiple Attorneys to join their ranks as they look to make expansion hires in their Practice. Here are the headlines:

The Role

\n
• Assist in Insurance Coverage Analysis and Litigation: Evaluate and litigate complex third-party coverage disputes; providing strategic guidance from initial coverage opinions through resolution.
\n
• Deliver High-Impact Legal Research and Strategy: Conduct sophisticated analysis of case law, statutes, and policy language to develop proactive, results-driven litigation and coverage strategies.
\n
• Draft and Manage Critical Case Filings: Prepare and review pleadings, dispositive motions, coverage opinions, and discovery with precision, ensuring consistency with case strategy and client objectives.
\n
• Drive Client Relationships and Practice Growth; Build and maintain strong insurer and client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand coverage and defense work.
