Under the direction of the Director, Perioperative Services responsible for planning and preparing equipment. Assist in preparation and positioning of patients. Assist physicians with setup. Demonstrates knowledge of Endoscopy procedures by anticipating needs and preparing equipment in advance. Provides emotional support to patients when appropriate. Assists in the preparation and positioning of patients.
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Surgical Technician Certification required or Certification as Endoscopy Technician required upon hire or within 90 days of hire. Current CPR certification required.
