We’re looking for an experienced Mailing & Print Production Operator to join a busy production team in Plymouth. If you have experience operating mailing or print production equipment, enjoy hands-on work, and know how important accuracy and deadlines are, this could be a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Operate mailing and production equipment, including inserters, postage meters, sorting machines, and related equipment
Set up, monitor, and maintain equipment throughout production runs
Process high-volume mailing and print projects accurately and efficiently
Verify addresses, postage, sorting, and job specifications
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make basic adjustments
Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
Work with print, fulfillment, shipping, and production teams to meet deadlines
Maintain USPS requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of mailing, print production, fulfillment, or related machine operation experience
Hands-on experience operating mailing, inserting, sorting, postage, or similar production equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
Experience working in a high-volume production environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
