Providing exceptional customer service and monitoring pharmacy operations, the remote Operations & Customer Support Associate, Pharmacy will ensure timely order fulfillment and address patient inquiries while collaborating with pharmacies and the medical team. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding pharmacy orders, ensuring timely resolution of issues Coordinate with pharmacy partners to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment of prescriptions Track and monitor pharmacy operations, identifying potential delays and collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, operations, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or operational role, preferably in a healthcare or e-commerce setting Strong interest in operations with the ability to monitor processes and ensure timely task completion Experience using customer service platforms (e.g., Zendesk) and EHR systems (e.g., Athena) Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail in resolving issues and maintaining records
