Title: Receptionist
Pay Rate: $20/HR on W2
Working Hours: 8AM-5PM
Location: 1155 Perimeter Ctr. W. Ste.200 Atlanta, GA 30338

Assignment Duration: 3 weeks
HM is looking for temp who can support a short term assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and employees professionally and manage visitor check-in and badges.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Monitor the reception area and keep it clean and presentable.
• Assist employees with basic workplace requests
• Coordinate vendor arrivals and notify the appropriate team members.
• Report maintenance, janitorial, or safety issues to the Workplace Team
• Communicate outstanding issues or concerns to the Workplace Team
• activating and deactivating badges
• setting out the Fooda signs
• checking in any guests such as interview candidates or non-Omnissa business partners

Years of experience: at least a year of experience
Education: HS/GED
Interview Process: 1 virtual
