  • Implement and support quality assurance plans, including audits, inspections, and testing compliance
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and acceptance documentation for structural works
  • Contribute to schedule and cost control efforts, and support risk identification and mitigation strategies
  • Prepare technical reports and participate in coordination meetings with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements, and advise on safety improvements for bridge construction

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in civil, structural, or related engineering field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Minimum 10 years of bridge and structural engineering experience, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with federally funded projects and regulatory compliance
  • Advanced expertise in bridge design, analysis, and construction methods
  • Proficiency in structural engineering software and design tools
  • Experience with QA/QC processes, testing, and inspection for bridge structures
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communicator with ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and produce technical reports
  • Knowledge of codes, permitting, change management, and risk mitigation strategies
